Hi, I’m Paul, a Dad of two, Husband, and endurance athlete, who lives the low carb lifestyle. Follow along on my journey back to Racing!

As most of us age groupers, it’s a balancing act between training and having a life outside of the pain cave. In this blog, I am hoping to give a weekly synopsis of my training week: what went right, what went wrong, fueling, recovery, and how I managed my time to live the balancing act we all know as triathlon.
